Explore and look into business opportunities and develop territory business plan. Identify clear target market & classification
of HCPs. Execute, conduct and manage the promotional activities within the prevailing local regulation and corporate policy
with the objective to achieve sales target.

EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree in any fields and passed HCR Certification Test.
Experience : Fresh graduate or at least 1 year experience

PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (Brief but specific list of the major tasks, responsibilities, major projects, decisions, etc. of this position.) MEASUREMENT CRITERIA (Qualitative and Quantitative) Consists of measures for the strategic objective and the skills and knowledge objective
Explore and look into business opportunities and develop territory business plan.
Identify clear target market & classification of HCPs.
Execute marketing activities such as: symposium, RTD,, product
presentation, coordinate with Medical department to get internal / external speaker;
visits list of coverage and execute weekly call plan in order to develop existing and
new sales
Maintain relationship with medical communities, conduct activities to support
registration of Pfizer product in hospital and/ or institution formulary in the area
and update data in order to ensure satisfaction, repeat businesses and/or obtain
support from them
Maintain and refresh product and medical knowledge in order to preserve level of
product knowledge
Monitor competitor's activities, doctor's prescription habit, survey of stock, collect
stock data and coordinate with distributor in order to ensure marketing program
effectiveness and availability of stock
