Making Plan Work Observations and site inspections routine
- Increase awareness all employee about HSE by safety campaign
- Making HIRA or JSA & SOP and updating them according to the regulations or policies
- Making HSE Plan to prevent accident and incident
- Incident investigation and make a corrective action plan
- Making plan for waste management and environmental hazard
- Can manage proper PPE for all the employees
- Ensure all risk assessment in the workplace implemented, monitored, and communicated
- Support site personnel in the development of branch HSE campaign and good practices
- Conduct regularly HSE training for drivers and employees
- Keuntungan; BPJS, Health Insurance, Medical Funds, Income Tax Allowance, Meals and Transport Allowance.
- Minimum Bachelor Degree (Environmental Engineering)
- Experienced as a HSE Staff min. 2 years
- Able to do site visit
- Certified General Health Specialist
- Knowledge in basic first aid and fire fighting
- Knowledge for the emergency response
- Prefer good knowledge about transportations or machines
- Knowledge about ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001
