**Qualifications**:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the same position.
- Pengawas K3 Migas certification.
- Experienced in implementing HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) programs for Oil & Gas projects.
- Familiar with and has experience in creating CSMS (Contractor Safety Management System).
- Understanding of the KPI (Key Performance Indicator) process for Oil & Gas projects.
- Proficient in implementing ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 systems, and mastery of K3L (Occupational Health and Safety) standards, requirements, and regulations.
- Proficient in hazard identification, risk assessment, and workplace hazard control (JSA and HIRADC).
- Accustomed to monitoring the activities of all HSE personnel on the project.
- Proficient in the company's emergency response system.
- Willing to be assigned to out-of-town/project locations.
- Workplace location: Gresik - East Java.
**Responsibilities**:
- Review and update the list of central and local government regulations related to the company's business sector related to the environment.
- Review and ensure the completeness of HSE and CSMS (if available) documents to meet the K3L (Occupational Health and Safety) requirements from the customer.
- Follow up on audit findings
- Responsible for workplace safety and security within the company's environment.
- Developing an employee occupational health program within the company's environment to reduce work-related illnesses.
- Establish, implement, and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) in accordance with applicable Occupational Health and Safety regulations within the company's environment.
- Organize an Emergency Response Team (ERT) and provide training to the team.
- Compile, review, and implement the contents of Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Determine Control (HIRADC) documents.
- Develop a Contractor Safety Management System (CSMS)
- Conduct inspections and audits of health, safety, and environmental matters and review and provide feedback on non-compliance from the results.
- Conduct investigations and determine improvement steps for each workplace accident and near miss incident.
- Develop and review Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and annual HSE programs.
