**Job Description Summary**: Indonesia is the fastest growing market globally. Raising financing on customers behalf to enable sale of Healthcare equipment/services is extremely important to stimulate sales.
The job requires the person to be embedded with the sales team, with some amount of travel. It requires the ability to structure transaction based on customer's needs and take them to lending partners for funding. Establishing lending programs for mid market customers with lending partners and monitoring these programs regularly is an important requirement.
**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Work closely with Indonesia Management Team, and in particular the sales team to understand business needs, targets for the countries and flow of the business. Stay embedded with Sales team and be on calls and customers meetings with them. Develop a regular rhythm with sales people in understanding their financing needs and meeting their customers.
- Influence sales outcomes by advocating the right financials products to customers and sales team. This will require structuring skills to match best possible terms for customer with availability of funding in the market. CFOs are main target audience; it requires understanding their needs and influencing them for positive outcomes.
- Prepare financial proposals/termsheet sheets which are acceptable to customers and seek funding support based on this from the market.
- Develop group of core lenders from the Banking market, both private and government sectors and maintain regular calling rhythm with them to obtain best possible financial terms. An important source of funds is leaseing market and its important to establish and develop these relationships.
- Develop programs for our Distributors (for their working capital needs), for smaller clinics ( for term financing), Receivable Finance ( for larger customers). Manage, maintain and grow them in line with customers needs.
- Maintain a regular rhythm in reporting to leadership team, both within Indonesia and importantly with the Healthcare Financial Service Vertical outside the country.
**Required Qualifications**
- Masters or Bachelor's Degree holder, with 7-10 years' experience from working in Bank or Leasing company in Lending or Capital markets.
- Fluency in English is essential.
- Deep knowledge of Commercial Finance products, with experience in lending capacity, with Bank and/or Leasing companies.
- Knowledge of loan syndication would be beneficial. Contacts within the Banking markets would be beneficial.
- Strong operating rhythm with both Indonesia office and externally with Healthcare Financial Services (HFS) vertical is required. Some knowledge of Healthcare industry preferred.
