**Job Descriptions**:

- With minimum guidance from senior colleague and manager, responsible to develop and improve knowledge and technical skill in hardware and software used by company in order to provide solution to customer. Develop integrated collaboration within team to solve problems faced by internal users in order to achieve company's commitment to prioritize customer satisfaction.-
- Detail job desc:
- Learn and improve technical knowledge and technical skill of the products/ solutions used by company
- Rensposible for answering and solving technical question and simple technical request from user
- Create and documenting activity report, study case or product reference and its solution as part of knowledge management that can be used in the future

**Job Requirements**:

- Min. diploma 3 degree majoring in IT
- min 1 year experience as helpdesk or IT engineer
