**Roles & Responsibilities**
Do you have a passion for building efficient and scalable systems? Are you proficient in Rust or Golang and excited about the world of high performance computing (HPC) and networking? If so, then we want to hear from you!
**What You Will Do At Snap Innovations?**
- Optimize code for performance and scalability on HPC clusters.
- Work with network engineers to design and implement high-speed, low-latency network solutions for HPC workloads.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of HPC cluster infrastructure, including operating systems, schedulers, and resource management tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues within the HPC environment.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in HPC technologies and programming languages.
- Collaborate effectively with other engineers and scientists to achieve project goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proficiency in Rust or Golang, with a strong understanding of concurrency and parallelism concepts.
- Experience with HPC systems, including cluster architectures, schedulers, and resource management tools (e.g., MPI, OpenMP).
- Solid understanding of networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, Ethernet).
- Experience with Linux operating systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
