Job Description

**1. Managing training function**: (Training need analysis, training design, develop

training module, conduct & facilitate the training and evaluate training effectiveness).

2. Develop annual training program

3. Effectively manage the training budget.

4. Coaching & counseling for employees.

5. Coordinate with external training provider according to company training needs

Requirement

1. Certified trainer (TOT) or have experienced as trainer.

2. High interests in human resources, especially in people development.

3. Ability to build good relationship with employees.

4. Ability to present and communicate effectively.

5. High analytical thinking, planning, organizing and creativity.
