**Requirements**:

- Oversee and coordinate daily hospital operations to ensure efficient workflow.
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize patient care processes and improve overall hospital performance.
- Provide effective leadership and direction to nursing and support staff.
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates, address concerns, and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Monitor patient care delivery to ensure adherence to established protocols and high standards.
- Address patient and family concerns promptly, ensuring a positive experience.
- Implement and monitor quality assurance programs to maintain and enhance patient care standards.
- Collaborate with quality improvement teams to identify and address areas for improvement.
- Serve as a key point of contact during emergencies, working closely with relevant departments for a coordinated response.
- Implement and evaluate emergency response protocols and procedures.
- Efficiently manage hospital resources, including staff, equipment, and supplies.
- Monitor and control department budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in hospital management or a similar role.
- Possession of a valid Surat Tanda Registrasi (STR) or equivalent license.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of effective problem-solving and decision-making.
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
