Job Description Welcoming guests in a friendly and professional way Providing information about facilities, programs and other service Addressing and escalating customer complaints Record information in the logbook daily Job Specification Min. High School, Diploma or Bachelor Degree Min Age 23 - max 28 yo, Proficiency in English and Computer literacy Proven experience as a Hospitality Reception Familiarity with hospitality industry standards A customer-oriented and professional attitude An outgoing personality and Outstanding communication abilities Excellent organizational and time-management skills Ready to be placed at SCBD South Jakarta Working our : shift based (6 days a week and 1 off day) Job Requirement Hospitality Reception: Pastikan lowongan yang Anda cari sesuai dengan judul lowongan kerja tersebut.
