Host Live Streaming Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and execute interactive and entertaining live streams to enhance brand visibility and boost sales.
- Planning involves gathering products to be promoted during the live stream and ensuring all technical aspects are ready for the live stream (correct pricing and vouchers, microphone and camera settings, appropriate live stream title and cover display).
- Conduct live streaming sessions on Ecommerce platforms to showcase products, promotions, and interact with the audience.
- Effectively demonstrate and highlight product features and benefits during the live stream to drive sales and conversions.
- Stay informed about product updates and promotions to provide accurate information to the audience.
- Develop a positive and interactive community by responding to comments, questions, and messages during the live stream.
- Encourage audience participation through giveaways, challenges, and other interactive features.
- Provide regular feedback to the ecommerce team on how to optimize live streaming strategies in the future (e.g., sought-after products, audience complaints, audience suggestions, optimal times).

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor degree holder any field.
- Strong understanding of social media trends, especially on TikTok and Shopee.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging live stream content.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with a diverse audience.
