Job Responsibility Host Livestreaming (Shopee & Tiktok) (FEMALE ONLY): Job Description: We are hiring Host for Live streaming Host that are being able to feel happy to sell goods in Electronics category, Home appliances, Skincare, Jewelries, Fashion and beauty.
We require a positive, enthusiastic, vibrant , talkative, ambitious in selling and team player professional attitude. Being Able to interact with the viewers also is a must here. Have passion for talking in camera and passion for selling.
The KPI will be sales, sales , sales in a fun environment.
Job Duties Promote product using live streaming tools.
Able to persuade people to buy the product.
Running live streaming or live video routinely for 6 hours per day ( the schedule can be adjust no need to running continuously).
Cooperate with operation team to decide live video content.
Create content script based on product training from operation team.
Create live video content plan routinely.
Learn about the product's benefit, features, etc before start the live video.
Achieve the monthly target based on the GMV target.

Job Requirements: Candidate must process at least a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any major.
High School Graduated is welcome
Have experience as KOL/host live streaming minimum 1 - 2 years
Familiar with social media platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok. (have many followers and active on social media account is a plus)
Neat & good personality
Have a good speaking and selling skills
Creative, passionate, and savvy with current trends in KOL and social media thingy
Active, friendly, and used to being on camera
Can work with target oriented
Mandatory to work in any shifting (morning, evening, and midnight) Can work in a fast paced environment
Compensation (pay + stipends if applicable) ? IDR 4 - 6 million per month based on their performance
