**Description**:SabiKerja is a curated headhunter agency based in Jakarta that is well-known as a one-stop talent solution in which we connect curated quality talent with the institution or company that partners with us.We represent our clients that one of the premier bars and lounges that sets the stage for an unforgettable dining experience in busy times and for an exceptional evening of entertainment, relaxation, and indulgence.**Key Responsibilities**:- Greet guests warmly and professionally, creating a positive first impression.- Efficiently manage the waitlist and seating arrangements, ensuring a smooth flow of guests.- Escort guests to their tables or designated areas, providing assistance as needed.- Present menus and answer questions about the bar's offerings, making recommendations when necessary.- Coordinate with servers and bartenders to ensure prompt and efficient service.- Maintain a clean and organized host stand area, ensuring it is well-stocked with necessary supplies.- Process payments and handle reservations, if applicable, accurately and efficiently.- Promote specials and events to guests, creating excitement and interest.- Contribute to a positive and upbeat work environment, fostering a sense of teamwork and collaboration.**Requirements**:- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a Restaurant & Bar in the hospitality industry.- Extensive knowledge and experience in the F&B industry, including menu offerings and bar operations.- Intermediate proficiency in both verbal and written English communication.- Good personality and a strong service-oriented mindset.- Pleasant appearance and good grooming standards.- Minimum height of 160cm.- Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
