Hostess/Waitress - The Plaza Residences

We are looking for a Hostess/Waitress to join our team and be the first point of contract for our guests. A Hostess/Waitress responsibilities include greeting guests, providing accurate wait times and escorting the guests. You should also be available to work in shifts and ensure we provide excellent customer service.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide excellent customer services.
- Always strive towards best customer satisfaction.
- Greet customers and present menus.
- Make suggestions based on their preferences.
- Take and serve food/drinks orders.
- Manage reservations.
- Arrange table settings.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1 year experience in the same position in a Chinese restaurant.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Knowledge of reservation systems and basic computer skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
