Housekeeping Coordinator - Bsd

**Job Descriptions**:- Create planning for cleaning, pest control, garden maintenance and building sanitation.- Inspect all areas within the building and its surroundings to ensure standards.- Control the availability of manpower, equipment, materials for cleaning operations and supervise their use according to established standard procedures.- Carry out supervisory duties on the performance of House Keeping subcontractors.- Create periodic reports regarding the implementation of housekeeping activities.**Job Qualifications**:- Minimum Diploma Degree in Hospitality major.- Minimum 2 years experience in building management- Experienced in leading a team of sub-contractors.- Computer literate (Ms. Office).- Ability to budgeting and planning for building mechanical maintenance.- Willing to be placed in BSD City.
