Housekeeping Coordinator - Bsd

**Job Descriptions**:

- Create planning for cleaning, pest control, garden maintenance and building sanitation.
- Inspect all areas within the building and its surroundings to ensure standards.
- Control the availability of manpower, equipment, materials for cleaning operations and supervise their use according to established standard procedures.
- Carry out supervisory duties on the performance of House Keeping subcontractors.
- Create periodic reports regarding the implementation of housekeeping activities.

**Job Qualifications**:

- Minimum Diploma Degree in Hospitality major.
- Minimum 2 years experience in building management
- Experienced in leading a team of sub-contractors.
- Computer literate (Ms. Office).
- Ability to budgeting and planning for building mechanical maintenance.
- Willing to be placed in BSD City.
