Role Summary:
To continuously improve service and cleanliness standard to be equal as a 5 stars hotel.
**Responsibilities**:
- Facilitating the efficient operation of the staff from Housekeeping, Security, Driver, Gardeners and Engineers
- Communicating with maintenance team to assure proper maintenance of the office and distributing information regarding updates or changes inside the residence
- Coordinate and liaise with vendors for any upgrading works or uncompleted works
- Plan, arrange, coordinate and supervise any events held by the owner's agenda
- Maintaining household security and landscape
- Assisting in cooking as well as serving meals and drinks
- Drawing (plan and control) household budgets when required especially when an event occurs
- Supervise various supplies in secondary dwellings
- Supervise housekeeping duties
- Train staffs as needed to improve the services
- Maintain the service excellence standard defined by company
**Requirements**:
To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications: - A degree in the related job field. - Those with 1 to 2 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role will have an advantage but not essential. - Willing to relocate to the job location.
