Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets within assigned territories or segments. Build and maintain strong longlasting customer relationships to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business. Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and evaluate customer needs actively. Present promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers. Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments to optimize sales results. Analyze the territory/markets potential track sales and status reports. Provide accurate reports on customer needs problems interests competitive activities and potential for new products and services. Stay uptodate with best practices and promotional trends in the real estate industry. Willingness to undertake business trips to sites including Tanjung Lesung as required. What Youll Bring: Having Diploma 3 as minimum education level. Proven work experience in sales. Having excellent communication and negotiation skills. Readiness for frequent business trips particularly to Tanjung Lesung. Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audiences needs.
