Collaborate with the Head Chef to create and develop innovative Chinese menus.Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new ideas into menu offerings.Prepare and cook Chinese dishes in accordance with established recipes and presentation standards.

Responsibilities
• Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and appearance of all dishes.• Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety in the kitchen.• Conduct regular checks on ingredients and supplies to ensure freshness and quality.• Work closely with other members of the culinary team to ensure seamless kitchen operations.• Provide guidance and support to junior kitchen staff as needed.• Stay informed about culinary trends and incorporate them into the Chinese cuisine offerings.
Requirements
• Proven experience as a Demi Chef or relevant role, with a focus on Chinese cuisine.• Culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred.• In-depth knowledge of Chinese culinary techniques, ingredients, and regional variations.• Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating visually appealing and flavorful dishes.• Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and maintain composure during busy periods.• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
