Responsibilities
• Serving food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests.• Setting tables according to event and service standards.• Answering questions about menu selections.• Communicating with the kitchen regarding menu questions, wait times, etc.• Recording transactions and checking in with guests for satisfaction.• Maintaining cleanliness and completing closing duties.• Following company and safety policies.• Maintaining professional appearance and protecting company assets.• Providing excellent customer service and maintaining positive relationships.• Adhering to quality expectations and performing other reasonable job duties.
Requirements
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods of time.• Ability to lift objects weighing less than 25 pounds.• Fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination.• Ability to work on sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces, stairs, or ramps.• Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, bend, twist, and stoop.• Ability to read and verify information in various formats.• Ability to speak clear and professional language.• Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships.• Ability to follow instructions and complete safety training.• Previous experience in food and beverage service is a plus.
