Our company is seeking a finance assistant to support our finance team with day-to-day financial activities.
In this role, you will be responsible for data entry, processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and providing general administrative support to the finance team.
You will also assist in the preparation of financial reports and analysis.
**Responsibilities**:
- Good knowledge of the PT incorporation process, tax and investment activities reports, and anything regarding the corporate.
- Process invoices and ensure that all financial transactions are accurately recorded in the accounting system
- Reconcile accounts and ensure that all transactions are properly recorded and accounted for
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and analysis, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Provide general administrative support to the finance team, including filing, scanning, and data entry
- Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to invoices or payments
- Assist with month-end close activities, including preparing journal entries and reconciling accounts
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities as needed
**Qualifications**:
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
- 1+ years of experience in a finance or accounting role
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
**Salary**: Rp4,500,000 - Rp6,600,000 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Bekasi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
