Persyaratan
Have 8-10 years of working experience as HR admin position in MNC, including 3 years of management experience.
Business level English.
Good knowledge of local HR market practice and local labor regulation, familiar with Indonesia personal income tax related maters, experience of handling expatriates' tax declaration will be good advantage.
Familiar with office administrative management responsibilities.

Tanggung Jawab
**Administration work**:
Lead admin team, handle office daily admin operations and procedures, develop, and implement office policies by setting up procedures and standards to guide the operation of the office.
Handle the company car leasing related maters.
Support corporate management team to oversee IT fenchones in include the company PC inventory management, IT software and other necessary licenses implementation, etc.
Support corporate management team for business trips arrangement.
Handle office supplies, stationery, company facilities, staffs' mobile phones related maters.
Oversee vendors and service providers, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time.
Support corporate management team for corporate secretary related maters.
Support expatriate on the apartment, transportation arrangement & membership administrative support.
Support corporate management team on expatriate visa related maters.
Plan and organize the company event or company trip.
**HR work**:
Support HR team for monthly payroll operation (including BPJS Healthcare & Manpower registration, submission, deregistration, payment, calculation etc.).
Support HR team for personal income tax related maters (Art 21, Art 29, year-end Personal Income Tax filing) including expatriates' tax declaration.
Handle employee welfare & benefits (e.g., medical insurance related maters etc.).
Support HR team for local recruitment activities.
Handle onboarding & off boarding process for local staff & expatriates.
Provide advisory and consultation to management and HR on local regulatory and policies.
Support HR on regularly company handbook revision and submission.
Any other duties assigned by the company.
