Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the effective implementation of standardized HR processes, delivering consistent services across various markets.
- Perform service-related activities including Workday data entry, HR document management, updates to internal tools and databases, and responding digitally to a wide variety of employee queries.
- Work closely with other administrators to deliver high-quality, compliant services that meet business expectations and global standards.
- Be available and willing to work onsite as required by the project.
A bit about you:
- Previous administrative or HR support experience is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with HR software such as Workday is a plus.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team to achieve common goals.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing processes and procedures.
- Availability and willingness to perform work onsite as needed.
