Your Role and Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Manage alignment and communication between stakeholders (i.e Leadership, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, etc) and the transformation activities.
- Work closely with IE, IBM deal leadership, and acquired leadership in building succession plans for acquired leaders.
- Engage with various focal teams on integration solutions for core HR stream (i.e Compensation, Job Grading, Benefits, etc.)
- Develop programs addressing retention including coordination of Stay Interviews, continued utilization of retention budget, etc.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Has a minimum 15 years of experience in HR. Preferably experience in acquisition & integration project / M&A.
- Requires a bachelor's degree (or equivalent) from an accredited institution of higher learning, preferably in human resources or a business-related field.
- Technical acumen and the ability to converse on HR technical integration topics.
- Comprehensive HR experience, including a complete understanding of all hands-on exposure to the full mix of HR functions.
