Hr Analyst Intern

During internship you will be assigned a mentor to accelerate your adaptation to real work and on the job learning.
- Upon successful completion of internship, selected individual will be offered as Junior Analyst in our consulting team on a contract/permanent basis

Responsibility:

- Conduct industry and company analysis.
- Assist consulting team to prepare presentation materials and proposal making.
- Work with Project Manager and Module Leaders in designing and delivering solutions for clients.
- Present analysis and solutions to consultant and module leader.
- Final year students or new graduates who have an interest in the HR industry, especially those who want to work as a consultant.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and create an inclusive environment with people at all levels of an organization.
- Capability to drive an independent workstream in the context of a broader team project.
- Ability to break down and solve problems through quantitative thinking and analysis
- Good writing and presentation skills
- Excellent skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel. Desktop publishing skill will be an advantage.
