Aligning with technology advancement, PT Global Urban Esensial reaches the society wider, answering the society's needs for easier access to digital, and to be a leader in pharmaceutical business.Collect, clean, and analyze HR data from various sources, including HRIS, performance management systems, surveys, and other relevant platforms.Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports to provide insights into key metrics such as employee turnover, engagement, recruitment effectiveness, and workforce demographics.Identify trends, patterns, and correlations in HR data to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement in HR processes and programs.Collaborate with HR business partners and other stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights to support their objectives, also communicate findings and recommendations through presentations, written reports, and data visualization tools.Conduct ad-hoc analyses and research projects to address specific HR-related questions or challenges.Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in HR analytics, and recommend innovative approaches to enhance our analytical capabilities.Assist in the development and implementation of data-driven HR initiativesEnsure data integrity and compliance with relevant data privacy regulations.Bachelor's degree with min. 1-3 years of experience in HR analytics, data analysis, or a similar role, preferably in a corporate environment or HR consultancy.Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using tools such as SQL, Python, Looker Studio, Microsoft Excel, or similar software.Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM) and other HR-related systems is desirable.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets, perform statistical analyses, and generate actionable insights.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical findings into clear and concise recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to accuracy and data integrity.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Familiarity with HR metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) related to talent acquisition, employee engagement, retention, and performance management.Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools and techniques to enhance HR analytics capabilities.Understanding of data privacy regulations and best practices for handling sensitive HR data.Willing to work on a 1-year-contract based on a Hybrid working arrangement (2x per week WFO in Bintaro)
