**Responsibilities**:
**1. HR Function**
- Handle full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to
- Recruitment,
- Provision of professional HR support and advice in the areas of manpower planning and talent development
- Payroll (HR System: Workstem),
- MPF,
- Employees' records maintenance
- Team building activities,
- Insurance quotation & policies arrangement,
- Coordination of travel arrangements,
- Taxation and;
- Formulation of internal and external reports.
- Review, plan and implement HR, Administration/ Finance policies and procedures
**2. Funding Management**
- Research and identify funding opportunities that align with the company's business plan and goals
**3. Office Administration**
- File company documents and maintain adequate records
- Handle office supplies procurement, maintenance and administration
- Other ad hoc tasks assigned by the CEO and Cofounder such as yearly ISO27001 audit
**4. Finance (AP related)**
- Handle accounts payable and maintain AP records
- Conduct reconciliation of outgoing transactions
- Assist in preparation of financial reports
**Requirements**:
- Sound knowledge of the relevant governing laws in Hong Kong including but not limited to Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, Employees' Compensation Ordinance and MPF Ordinance
- Knowledge of HRM system or HR law in China/Taiwan/other countries is a plus
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in full spectrum of human resources, preferably in IT/ AI/ Software/ SaaS company
- At least 3 years of experience in administration or related field(s)
- Attentive to details, responsive, well-organized and strong sense of responsibility
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Knowledge of Xero (accounting system) is a bonus
- Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Immediate available is preferred
