Hr Assistant - Organizational Development

Requirements:1. Bachelor Degree of Psychology or Human Resources2. Having experience min. 1 year in organizational development at manufacturing company would be an advantage3. Capable in using psychological tools such as DISC/MBTI /Enneagram4. Proficient computer skills5. Have a good communication and interpersonal skill6. Good analytical thinking, detail and data oriented person, persistent, independent and team work oriented7. Fluent in English8. Willing to be based in Kawasan Industri MM2100 Cibitung and travelling to remote areaJob Description:1. Coordinate with employees to support their professional & personal development goals2. Conduct assessments and identify areas for improvement in the organization such as assessment tools development3. Develop and implement initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness, i.e leadership development programs, talent management strategies, and employee engagement initiatives.4. Facilitate training sessions and workshops for employees and managers.5.
