**Responsibilities**:

- Provide accurate and timely general HR administrative support
- Resolve employee relations issues, support and advise leaders on HR-related matters& policies
- Stay up to date with employment law landscape to ensure local compliance
- Develop innovative solutions to improve HR processes, and deliver priceless employee experiences and engagement

**Requirements**:

A good understanding of employment and government regulation related to company
- Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work in fast paced environment
- Strong interest to keep innovating process to achieve effectiveness
- Good communication skills in English - is a must
