Hr Business Partner

Details of the offer

Independently be responsible for comprehensive HRBP work, including providing advice on business strategies, strategies, and execution to achieve business department goals, and practicing in co-creation, communication, review, and other aspects
- Deeply understand the progress of the business and the current manpower situation, develop HR strategies and plans, and effectively implement them to ensure continuous improvement of organizational efficiency
- Collaborate with external consultant teams to identify organizational gaps in internal organizational diagnosis, form HR solutions, and promote organizational efficiency
- Inherit the company's culture and values, create a good team atmosphere and employee relationships, enhance organizational energy, and ensure the sustainable and healthy growth of the organization
- Promote company-wide changes and process system optimization in business departments, and improve the efficiency of human resources operations
- Participate in the establishment, research, planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation, as well as accumulation of other human resource projects
- Have a full-time bachelor's degree or above, both Chinese and English can be used as a working language
- Have more than 3 years of HRBP management experience, and experience in supporting the internet industry or top education industry is preferred
- Familiar with the process system of human resources, and have expertise in one area, such as organizational development/compensation and performance/culture
- Have business sensitivity and perspective, be able to promote HR work from both internal and external perspectives, and have innovative thinking and action for organizational development
- Have affinity, excellent communication skills, interpersonal sensitivity, empathy, and curiosity about things
- Have strong stress resistance, value growth more than face, and be proactive in practicing
