What you'll do:
As an HR Business Partner Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing a broad range of HR activities. Your responsibilities will include everything from recruitment to performance management, from driving employee engagement to maintaining budgeting. You'll also be tasked with ensuring that all practices comply with local laws and regulations. Additionally, you'll work closely with payroll vendors to guarantee accurate employee pay and benefits. This role requires someone who can build strong relationships with stakeholders while fostering a supportive work environment.
Manage recruitment, onboarding, relocation, performance management, salary reviews, learning and development, employee and industrial relations.
Implement and update company regulation, guidelines and policies in accordance with local laws and regulations.
Drive employee engagement through country-initiated, regional, or global activations.
Maintain annual and monthly budgeting and tracking of personnel expenses.
Manage company licenses within the scope of the Ministry of Labour, Immigration, and local authorities.
Develop and utilize HR analytics to monitor monthly People Metrics.
Build a talent pipeline with robust succession plans for retail management positions.
