**What can you expect ?**
- Lead sales and client engagement in talent assessment, employee experience and engagement
- Provide thought leadership by developing points-of-view and opinion papers as well as research efforts relevant to those areas.
- Support client engagement and project delivery in other complementary areas, as needed
**We will count on you to**
- Lead business development efforts including the generation of leads and engagement with prospects, build a strong and sustainable business development pipeline
- Lead proposal shaping, solution design fit to client needs and nurture upselling/ cross-selling client opportunities
- Lead, direct and guide consulting engagements by providing appropriate guidance to project teams to deliver client value
- Manage projects to time, quality, budget while building team skills
- Support team engagement and well-being, build a high performing team
**What You Need To Have**
- 5-8 years' experience in HR consulting across various domains such as Talent Management, Assessment, Performance, and Organizational Design
- Deep expertise in various HR areas such as total rewards, talent assessment, building upskilling plans and project management
- Led small and large HR consulting and products sales
