Job Responsibility HR Country Lead (International Relocation): Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and lead to implement people strategy & policies to drive corporate success. Being the Business Partner for all executives and managers regarding HR strategies and operations Lead local HR initiatives and roll out global HR program initiatives to address business and people priorities. Oversee and direct the overall Human Resources functions including Recruitment, Compensation and Benefits, Training, Employee Relations, and Human Resources Operations. Ensure high service level of human resources to all employees and enable business success; as well as ensures compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and operating procedures Be able to lead and develop capabilities of HR Local team to reach their full potential Requirements: Minimum of 10 years' experience in human resource management. Minimum of 3 years' experience managing overall HR function of an organization or equivalent experience Highly motivated, adaptable, change-embraced, and strong interpersonal skills Ability to handle the pressure, work collaboratively in a dynamic and cross-cultural environment. English Fluency in written and spoken required The applicants with experience in labor management, unions and COE will be given special consideration.
