To ensure that we are able to serve the nation for another 50 years, we are undergoing a digital transformation; strengthening and expanding our solid business pillars by developing new digital business initiatives.Our vision is to enlight all the people in Indonesia with all the knowledge we have.Conducting employee recruitment processes, including posting job advertisements on sourcing channels, screening CVs, conducting initial interviews, and scheduling psychometric tests.Coordinating with users regarding interview scheduling and interview results.Providing education and orientation to newly joined employees.Assisting in administrative processes for new employees joining the company.Creating evaluations of recruitment activities' effectiveness.Ensuring all supporting tools for training implementation are available.Acting as a facilitator for training implementation.Creating evaluations of training activities' effectiveness.Conducting job analysis and workload analysis to determine job scope and human resource needs.Building good relationships with all employees.Minimum Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field.At least 1 year of experience in HR; Fresh graduates will be considered.Proficient in English language and possess good communication skills.Detail-oriented, organized, and systematic.
