**About the Company**:**Responsibilities**:**Strengthening HRIS**- Assess, enhance, and implement improvements to the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) for optimal functionality and efficiency.- Collaborate with IT and HR teams to ensure seamless integration and utilization of HR technology.**Developing Succession Plan Strategy**- Design and implement a comprehensive Succession Plan strategy to identify and develop internal talent for key roles.- Work closely with department heads to create a talent pipeline that aligns with the company's long-term goals.**Enhancing Employee Engagement**- Develop and execute initiatives to increase employee engagement, to elevate the employee engagement index.- Conduct annual employee surveys to gather feedback and insights, driving continuous improvement.**Employer of Choice**- Implement strategies to enhance the company's reputation as an employer that values its workforce.**Accommodating New Business Development**:- Formulate HR strategies to accommodate new business development pillars, including decisions on salary structures and the choice between centralized or decentralized approaches.- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure HR practices support and drive new business initiatives.**Strengthening Corporate Governance**:- Implement measures to strengthen corporate governance, emphasizing a humanized yet strict approach.- Ensure compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements in all HR practices.**Cultural Transformation**- Develop and implement strategies to shift the organizational culture towards innovation, collaboration, and employee engagement.- Work closely with executive leadership to align HR initiatives with business objectives and foster a positive workplace culture.**Performance Management**- Introduce, lead, and refine performance management processes to drive individual and organizational performance improvements.- Design and implement performance metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure and enhance employee productivity and development.- Develop and socialize a comprehensive performance strategy, including the implementation of a Performance with Meritocracy system.**Overseeing HR Operations**- Provide guidance and support on HR matters, including employee relations, talent acquisition, and learning and development.**International HR Management**- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with global business objectives and local regulatory requirements.- Collaborate with regional HR teams to ensure uniformity in HR practices and compliance across all locations.**Key Requirements**- Proven experience as an HR leader in the coal or related heavy industry, with a track record of successfully transforming organizational culture.- In-depth knowledge of performance management methodologies and best practices.- Extensive experience managing HR functions in both Indonesia and overseas entities.- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations, as well as international HR standards.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization.- Demonstrated success in leading change initiatives and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.**Call for Action
