**Key Responsibilities**
- **Talent Acquisition**: Lead recruitment efforts, attracting and selecting top talent for the organization's diverse roles.
- **Employee Development**: Implement training programs, manage performance appraisals, and facilitate career development to enhance employee skills and productivity.
- **Employee Engagement**: Foster a positive workplace culture, develop employee engagement initiatives, and promote work-life balance to keep employees motivated and satisfied.
- **Compensation and Benefits**: Manage competitive salary structures, incentive programs, and employee benefits to attract and retain skilled professionals.
- **Compliance**: Ensure the organization complies with labor laws, regulations, and industry standards, implementing HR policies and procedures accordingly.

**Key Requirements**
- Proven experience as **HR Director**:
- Full understanding of the way an organization operates to meet its objectives
- Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulations
- Thorough knowledge of human resource management principles and best practices
- A business acumen partnered with attention to the human element
- Knowledge of data analysis and reporting
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Diligent and firm with high ethical standards
- BSc/BA in human resources, business administration or relevant field; MSc/MA in human resources will be a plus
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
