Develop a strategy to provide proactive HR services by understanding the strategic objectives and business plans of each division and branch office.
Make annual plans in the division which include work programs, human resources, training plans, as well as facilities and infrastructure.
Make policies, procedures and work mechanisms related to all strategies and management of HR operations activities.
Ensure all HR activities run according to the established SLA so that operations and business transactions run well.
Providing the best HR solutions for businesses so that operations and business transactions run well in accordance with applicable regulations.
Develop and maintain effective internal relationships with key stakeholders as well as with third parties related to Human Resources to support the smooth running of the activities carried out.
Manage HR budget within the agreed budget.
