**About work**????????**:
·Recruitment activities in general (from job postings to hiring from local sources, as well as from universities, high schools, etc.)

·Managing petty cash, verifying and approving expense claims, double-checking the amount for transfers

·Checking cash flow statements, gross profit: verifying the amount for transfers based on a sheet prepared by subordinates (no prior knowledge required)

·Attendance management

·Checking salaries and payroll (salary calculation is done by subordinates in HR, submitted to accounting consultants)

·Confirming that salary calculation results are correct, instructing for pay slip printing.

·Handling external relations related to the Magan system( at most once a year during recruitment or evaluation)

·Japanese visa processing and other general affairs.

·Updating legal documents (rarely happens)

·Interpreting tasks (MTG):

- Interpreting for the whole team during morning meetings
- Monthly MTG (quality, safety patrols, etc.)
- Other interpretations as per the request of the Japanese CEO
