**What You Will Do**
- Consult with employers to identify needs and preferred qualifications
- Interview applicants about their experience, education and skills
- Contact references and perform background checks
- Inform applicants about job details such as benefits and conditions
- Conduct new employee orientations
- Process paperwork
- The completion of construction or renovation of buildings and facilities
- Level of satisfaction in each department with the GA
- Number of public protests against company decisions in a year
- The cleanliness of the office environment
**Requirements**:

- Strong knowledge of integrated HR framework and general affairs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including facilitation of group presentations
- Ability to maintain of high level of accuracy and confidentiality
- Strong time management
- Able to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with people in course of work
- Good Communication in English both oral and written
- Able to work in team or individuals
