**About work**????????**:
- Manage the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs. This position plans, directs, and coordinates human resource management activities to maximize the strategic use of human resources and maintain functions such as employee compensation, payroll, recruitment, personnel policies, training development, develop performance management system and regulatory compliance.
- Manage relation and general affair activities.
- To implement and manage the Industrial Relationship at the company efficiently.
- Manage and control Company assets, facilities, and day to day operations.
- Manage the expatriate formalities strictly including fostering good relations with relevant government agencies, such as Manpower Office, Immigration Office, Local Government, etc.
- Manage the corporate legal documentation covering business licenses, reporting and registration.
- Responsible to implement standard HSE, 5S, ISO 14001, and ISO45001.
