Hr Generalist Executive

~Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and conduct employee onboarding activities
- Serve as a point of contact for employees,
- Support the performance management process
- Collaborate with managers to develop performance improvement plans and strategies
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, while upholding confidentiality and data privacy.
- Identify training needs and coordinate employee development
- Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks,
- Support the implementation of HR initiatives, policies, and procedures to promote employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.

~Qualification:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR roles within the healthcare industry.
- In-depth knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment laws specific to the healthcare industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information.
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
