Hr Generalist

Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
- Contribute to the HR & Administrative compliance requirements, including reporting and records management requirements.
- Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations
- Maintain asset, and asset list and ensure the organization permits are in place.

**Qualification**:

- At least 1 years experience in the related field, preferably specialized in Human Resources from a Digital Agency company
- Has experience and adapts well to working in an agile environment
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Willing to WFO Monday - Fridat at Sahid Sudirman Center, Jakarta

**Salary**: Rp5,000,000 - Rp7,000,000 per month

**Education**:

- S1 (preferred)

**Experience**:

- HR Generalist: 1 year (preferred)
