Hr Generalist

**Job Qualification**:

- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor Degree
- You have at least 2 years experience
- Must have basic knowledge of a recruitment process
- Having knowledge and familiarity with HRIS
- Having knowledge and familiarity with HR Policies and Labor law is a plus
- Detail & target oriented
- Understand registration flow of BPJS Health and Employment
- Good in Team Work, Communication and Target
- Must have basic MS-Office skills (MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint and MS-Word)
- Multi-tasking orientation and able to handle variative jobs
- Having good interpersonal skills, professional manners, consistent, and initiative
- Must have a SKCK
- Can join as soon as possible
- Provide support for the daily operations of the Human Resources
- Responsible for daily and monthly attendance reports, annual leave, sick leave, maternity leave & database of employee
- Coordinate with users for further selection process
- To create a favourable working environment by developing good communication with employees and all staff.
- Assess the quality of performance and characteristics / personality of employees of the Company.

Jenis Pekerjaan: Kontrak
Panjang kontrak: 12 bulan

Gaji: Rp5.000.000 - Rp6.500.000 per bulan
