Hr Generalist Staff

**Jobdescriptions**:

- Conducting end to end employee recruitment process (job posting,sorting, scheduling psychological test & interviews).
- Payroll Management activities (salary,allowance,income tax).
- Managing BPJS Ketenagakejaan (SIPP), BPJS Kesehatan (Edabu) including employee registration and all related activities.
- Responsible for all HR administration activities; (attendance, employee data, employee relations & communications, and employee engangement and retention).
- Industrial Relations (taking disciplianry action againsy employees who violate company regulations or policies,etc).
- Handle employee rewuests regarding HR issues, rules and regulations.
- Review company contracts and legal documents.
- handle end to end general affair matters.

**Qualifications**:

- Have a minimum of 2 years experience in the same position.
- Have a minimum of 2 years experience in the same position
- Attention to detai and ability to multitask.
- Have good relationship skills,communication, well-organized and have strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of employment rules & regulations and employement laws.
- Good administrative skills and good aility to create good requirements documentations.
- Proficient in using google sheet.

Jenis Pekerjaan: Kontrak

Gaji: Rp5.000.000 - Rp5.500.000 per bulan

- Jakarta: Relocate before starting work (Diutamakan)
