Hr Generalist Staff

**Mutiara Harapan Islamic School is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Generalist to join our team immediately. As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in recruitment activities and HR administration within our organization.****Responsibilities**:- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.- Conduct orientation sessions for new employees and assist in the onboarding process.- Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance and support to employees as needed.- Administer HR policies and procedures and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.- Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and programs.- Provide support to other HR functions as required.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or Law.- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on recruitment.- Strong understanding of HR practices and procedures.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.- Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.**If you meet the above requirements and are interested in joining our team, please submit your resume.
