**Human Resources (HR) Healthcare Talent Acquisition Specialist**

We are a leading platform in Australia, dedicated to connecting healthcare professionals across the country. Currently, we are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team on a part-time basis.
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
**Requirements**:
- Fluent in English with a minimum TOEFL score of 450.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certification is a plus. Proven experience in HR-related roles, ideally within healthcare recruitment.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Proficient with recruitment tools and HR software. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and resume databases.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and work collaboratively.
- High level of professionalism and strong ethical standards.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and meet success-based goals with mínimal supervision.
- Fundamental understanding of the healthcare industry, including terminology and workflows.
- Willingness to work on weekends if required
- Operating hours follow the Australian time zone (AEST).
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Source and recruit healthcare professionals such as General Practitioners (GPs), nurses, dental professionals, and clinical staff.
- Conduct professional HR practices, including thorough background checks aligned with Australian industry standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand staffing needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
