- Document archiving
- Manage the effectiveness of relationships between employees.
- Acquiring and retaining high achieving employees.
- Manage employee compensation and benefits.
- Implement safety and health-based measures.
- Manage current and future recruitment needs.
- Ensure the law applies to every employee.
- Manage training, learning and development, and onboarding which functions to improve work skills.
- Manage administrative tasks such as employee data to payroll.
- Ensure there is an evaluation for each performance.
