Hr Intern (For Mcm)

**Responsibilities**:

- Help draft and post job descriptions on job portals and various recruitment platforms.
- Assist in setting up and coordinating interviews, including arranging video conferences.

**Job Requirements**:

- A final year student or fresh graduate from psychology, management, marketing, communications or any related majors.
- Self-starter, good personality, good analytical thinking, dynamic, creative, and fast-learner.
- Having knowledge and interest in HR field, especially recruitment.
- Able to use design tools to design posters and presentation decks (Canva, illustrator, etc.).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in both English and Indonesian.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive working atmosphere.
