- Support execution of the Business plan through HR Processes & Best Practice Tools
- Lead the HR Team to ensure people capability and growth that matches business requirements
**Scope**:
The incumbent will be responsible for developing HR plan and manage all HR activities for PepsiCo's Indonesia Business including a manufacturing plant.
The responsibilities including Talent Management, Employee Engagement, Rewards & Recognition execution, and manage overall core HR processes, HR analytics & insights, and be advisor on people matters for leadership team and key stakeholders. Also, the role may be asked to participate in organizational design or transformation projects as required.
Role will report to the Sr. Director HR, Asia Business Unit

Architect and champion of Human Capital Strategy
- including appropriate talent and organization interventions Drive strategy and change happen.
- Acts as a catalyst for sustained business performance and ensures that HR strategies and plans are translated into concrete actions and tangible results
- Coach business leader and other senior executive team
- Lead the development of robust people planning process and facilitate high quality execution of core people processes (Performance Management Process, People Planning Process) in the teams this role supports
- Partner with HR COE ( Center of Excellence ) to develop and groom high potential talent with the right capabilities at the right pace
- Measures and tracks the quality of HR work by defining, prioritizing and measuring HR's contribution to business performance
- Driving HR function strategic plan and Operating Plan for HQ and manufacturing
- Change Leadership: partner with HR COE team and Global team with the implementation and sustainment of the new organization
- Facilitates a positive, productive and safe work environment and an exciting and rewarding place to work
- Fosters trust and teamwork within the Business Unit and local team with respect on Diversity and be inclusive for team members
Qualifications:
**Qualifications**
- Must be an Indonesian
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in HR generalist leadership roles within multinational organizations having been an HR partner in both sales and manufacturing.
- Broad experience in all aspects of talent planning and management
- Strong knowledge of labour law and practices
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Experience in HR change projects or organizational design is desirable
- Must be fluent in English
