Algoritma was founded in 2017 to make data science accessible to everybody. We organize corporate training, programming workshops, and data science bootcamps that adopt a learn-by-building approach suited to beginners and non-programmers.
You will work closely with our leaders to help them run successful business operations and build a high-performance team emphasizing quality, productivity, goal attainment, and empowerment.
**Responsibilities**:
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Administer and maintain HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records.
Maintain Employee administration, including BPJS, insurance, attendance, and data administration.
Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, payroll administration, and benefits enrollment.
Manage performance appraisal, career planning & development.
Plan, implement and coordinate internal events, learning activities, and Employee engagement activities.
Preparing and distributing relevant HR letters/documents as per requirement.
Managing annual leave and medical/hospital reimbursement.
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve productivity and streamline processes.
Collaborate with various departments to optimize resource allocation and ensure operational goals are met.
Discover profitable suppliers and initiate business and organization partnerships.
Negotiate with external vendors to secure advantageous terms.
Identify areas for operational improvement and propose solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Minimum 3-4 years experience as an HR Generalist/Operations, experienced in a fast-paced start-up industry will be a plus.
Bachelor's Degree (S1) from any field, preferably in Psychology, Law, Human Resource Management, or Industrial Engineering.
In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
Proactive, flexible, and willing to take on new projects and deliver on time.
High integrity, strong in multitasking, communications, good problem solving (critical, strategic, and evaluative thinking), time management, interpersonal skills, and ability to work independently or within a team.
Demonstrated strong written and oral communication skills, and presentation skills
Strong analytical skills, including intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel
