Brief Requirements:- Min Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management/Law/Psychology- Good Communication, Good Analytical Thinking, Good Negotiation, Agile, Multi-tasking, Target Oriented and Fast Learner- Has experienced in HR (Recruitment, Personnel Management) and Legal Permits, Contract Agreements, etc- Understanding OSS System, SIPP, EDABU & HRIS- Able to communicate with third party/external institution for handling permits process.- Assist and Liaise with HR Manager to implement company culture, SOP, Job Description and KPI/OKR- Placement in BekasiJenis Pekerjaan: Penuh Waktu
